My name is Jennifer. I own an Xbox 360, Xbox, Nintendo Gamecube, Nintendo 64, and Super Nintendo. All of the games I am intimately familiar with are playable on those consoles. The cake may have been a lie in Portal, but I call it like I see it.

And of course GLaDOS used cake as an incentive. Pie sucks.

I would like to express how much I appreciate your intellect and perspectives that you have shown the public access of the internet.

Finding a common interest of video games and how the societal view has warped possible great games into something that has left the female gamer with a bad taste in her mouth.

I have been doing research and data analysis for electronic entertainment for the last 2 years, compiling information to help change the industry to look for female consumer interests, as well as my own. Reading your entries makes me feel confident in my research and knowing that I am not the only one that thinks a certain way about why I game, why it took so long to accept that part of myself and how games have been terribly misrepresenting women in all aspects.

Thank you. Thank you very much!
